Dr. Ramesh Sankaranarayana will be the Lecturer-in-charge and dealing with all administrative matters for Computer Networks in 2008.

There will also be some guest lecturers.

There will be three 1 hour lectures per week:

There will be a non-compulsory two hour laboratory in even weeks. These labs will be held in CSIT N112 (Linux workstation lab).

You should register for labs using the StReaMS system

Registrations for this course are currently not allowed.

Written assignment worth 10% due in week 7
2 x 30 minute quizzes held in weeks 5 and 9 (Wednesday lecture slot) each worth 5%
Programming assignment (in C) worth 20% due in week 12
Laboratory Exam worth 60% held during exam period
