Assignments

Please note that the assignments for the comp3410 and the comp6341 students are different. The comp3410 students should not use the comp6341 links, and vice versa. As well, the comp6341 students are expected to show greater maturity and depth in their answers.

General Information

Assignment Cover Sheet

You must submit a cover sheet with each assignment. Please fill in all the details, as listed on the cover sheet.

Submitting your assignments

Assignments must be submitted both manually and electronically. In order to submit manually, print out your assignment, attach a completed cover sheet to it and drop it in the COMP3410 submission box located on the ground floor of the CS&IT building, in the foyer near the labs.

In order to submit your assignments electronically, say assignment 1, open a terminal window, go to the directory where your files are located and run the following command:

submit comp3410 ass1 file(s)

where ass1 is the assignmentname for assignment 1, and file(s) stands for the names of one or more files that you wish to submit. Students doing comp6341 should use comp6341 as the course code in the above command, instead of comp3410.
