TPHOLs'98: Some Hotels in Sydney

Sydney has many expensive hotels; most 4 and 5 star hotels are in the $175 to $350 range. We assume you are more likely to be interested in budget accomodation - less than $110.

In most cases 2 persons is the same or a little more than the single rate.

We have no direct experience of these hotels; the information comes from the Holiday Guide of the NRMA (National Roads and Motorists Association).

DOWNTOWN SYDNEY

You get all the bustle of a big city in the daytime but most parts are dominated by the commercial world - shops, banks, businesses etc. Downtown is central but if you are wanting things to be bustling at night then the Kings Cross area is more appropriate.

Within 1 km of KING'S CROSS
