Mr Geoff Patch, CEA Technologyies

Geoff Patch joined CEA Technologies in October 1991 as an embedded systems Software Engineer after working in a variety of positions in the Federal Public Service, academia and private consultancies. He has nearly 30 years of experience as a software developer, specialising in the area of real-time embedded systems, with particular expertise in radar signal processing, radar target detection and tracking, and multi-sensor data fusion.

In 2005 Geoff was appointed to the position of CEA Software Engineering Manager, where he now manages a team of 25 engineers who are responsible for the development of CEA's software products. As well as managing the Software Engineering team, Geoff is also actively involved in system design, development, installation and in-service support.

Geoff has a Bachelor of Science degree from the Australian National University, where he majored in Computer Science and Pure Mathematics, and he is a member of the Information Technology and Electronic Engineering College of the Institute of Engineers Australia.
