Submittable Work
This page specifies what is required for the submittable work in this course. Note the aim of this submittable work is to evaluated your performance and contribution to the project you are working on. Hence these submittable items aim to give an understanding of what has been done and will often refer to documents and code that has been produced in doing the project.

The above items will all be submitted via the 'submit' command within the CSIT labs. Details of what is expected is given within the individual assignment specifications. They are all due some time before midnight on the dates specified above.
Over the semester teams will build a set of documentation related to the project. Although the exact character of this documentation will be different for project to project. It is helpful to have a common set of documentation that all teams produce. This gives teams some direction about what is expected. Also by requesting all team to produce a common set of documents it enables the examiner to more easily compare what a team produces. These documents should be listed and link directly from the teams main redmine wiki page.
Documents (with approximate length) should include:
- Team Charter (1 page)
- Meeting Agendas and Minutes (20 over the entire year)
- Requirements Spec (5 pages)
- Design (2 pages)
- Testing Summary (2 pages)
- Risk (1 page)
- Planning (2 pages)
- Presentation Slides (2 x ~10 slides)
