Titles:   Object Based Distributed Shared Memory Using MPI /
          HCI in the Wedge

Abstract:
  James Sheridan
    With the immersive nature of the Wedge we have a vastly
    different set of input and output mechanisms to work with.
    This project aims to use formal HCI methods to investigate
    two different interaction techniques within the scope of
    the SoundScene application. This is an application for the
    placing of audio in space and time and the interaction
    techniques focus on the number of tasks a user can do at
    once and the different levels of feedback provided.


Biography: 
  Both Wilga and James are honours students at the DCS.
