Title: Reflections on 3 years of COMP1100:
       The Ghost of COMP1100 Past;
       The Ghost of COMP1100 Future
       

Abstract:

I have been the COMP1100 Course Coodinator and principal lecturer for 
the past three years.  This seminar will present some observations and 
reflections on that experience, and issue an invitation to consider 
options for the future of the department's foundation course.


Biography:

Vicki has been a Lecturer in the ANU Department of Computer Science for 
*many* years.  She has contributed to the "Introduction to Programming 
and Algorithms" course in its various guises and various programming 
languages during its long history.
