• I am on sabbatical July to September 2011. In October I will be teaching several lectures on entity resolution in the course new Document Analysis.

• In semester 1 / 2011 I was teaching:
  1. COMP8400 - Algorithms and Techniques for Data Mining   (a Masters level course).

  2. COMP3420 - Advanced Databases and Data Mining   (an undergraduate course, I will be teaching the data mining part).

My research interests:

• Data matching (record linkage, entity resolution). I am interest in computational aspects (scalability and real-time matching), as well as privacy issues in data matching.

• Data Mining (especially privacy-preserving data mining and social network mining)
