Continuation of recent studies completed by a 2010 hons. student of TiO2 surface passivation.
Goals of this project
1)Identify the fundamental causes of TiO2 negative charging
2)Contribute to a publication
2)Production of SUNS Voc samples

* Lab experience
* Experience with QSSPC measurements
* Has completed honours

Experience with numerous semiconductor characterisation equipment. Practice with academic writing.
