Outline:

This project will investigate, research and develop new results for the exciting new area of full duplex radio. Specifically focussing on understanding the current approaches via analysis and simulation and then investigating ways to improve on the current approach to generate novel new outcomes. The work will include modelling the system in either C or MATLAB.

Requirements/Prerequisites

Strong skills in wireless communications, signal processing, modem design, and maths is highly desirable.

Student Gain

The student will benefit from becoming intimately familiar with the technique of full-duplex radio from first principles, developing a full model and adding extensions to this work
