How to print a PostScript file

If you have ghostview

If you have access to ghostview on your system, and your viewer is configured to use it, then the easiest way to print a PostScript file is usually to print it from within ghostview. This is the default on many computers, especially unix systems.

If you don't have ghostview

If you do not have access to ghostview or some other program which acts as a PostScript viewer and which can be used to print the file, then clicking on the link for a PostScript file will probably load the file into the browser. At this point, you will be able to save the file onto your own system by choosing "Save As" from the "File" menu. Give the file a name which ends with .ps so that you (and your printer, perhaps!) will know that it is a PostScript file. Now that the PostScript file is on your system, you can print it as you would usually print a PostScript file. Methods vary according to what type of computer and what type of printer you have, so if you are not familiar with how to do it, it is best to ask your system administrator or other knowledgeable person for assistance.
