COMP2100/2500
LecturesTime and Place
We plan to give 30 lectures spread over the thirteen teaching weeks of the semester. There are 3 × 13 = 39 lecture times, minus one lost to a public holiday, so some lecture slots will not be used. For details, check the lecture schedule on the Schedule Page.
Lecture A: Monday 10am–11am, Chem T1 Lecture B: Wednesday 4pm–5pm, Chem T1 Lecture C: Friday 3pm–4pm, Chem T1 Taping
We will not be taping lectures.
Advice about attending lectures
We will not usually follow the written notes exactly. We will leave some topics for you to read by yourself, but will include deeper discussion or practical demonstrations of others. We strongly recommend that you attend the lectures and study the notes, but depending on your personal learning style, you may instead choose to do one or the other, or indeed neither.
Lecture notes
Lecture notes will be available here on the class web site. They will be brought up to date as we progress through the semester.
Here are links to the individual lecture pages. For your convenience there are also links on the Schedule Page.
