We will work on two related projects over the semester. One will involve a simple molecular dynamics (MD) code while the other simulates the motion of a cloth.

MD Simulation Worth 20%. REVISED submission date and late penalties following failure of partch, now due by 13:00 on Wednesday 11 April 2012.

 <12 hours:  1.00/20 marks
 <24 hours:  2.50/20 marks
 <48 hours:  5.00/20 marks
 <72 hours: 10.00/20 marks
 >72 hours: 20.00/20 marks
