High Performance Scientific Computing COMP3320

Assignments

We will work on two related projects over the semester. One will involve a simple molecular dynamics (MD) code while the other simulates the motion of a cloth.
  • MD Simulation Worth 20%, due by 18:00 on Friday 18 April 2008.
    Your code will be tested on partch - so make sure it works on this system. You can use anything you find generally available (no something you installed in your directory) on partch (including libraries).
  • Cloth Simulation Worth 20%, due by 18:00 on Friday 30 May 2008. In DRAFT.
