Computer Graphics Labs

There is one daytime session reserved for undergraduate students. Postgraduate students can attend either a daytime or evening lab.

There is more lab work than most people can do within the formal sessions. You are expected to do some or all of labs in your own time.

• week 1: Unix File Management and Retro Graphics
• week 2: Event Programming and 3D Transformations
• week 3: 3D Transformations and Blob Person
• week 4: OpenGL Transformations and OpenGL modelling
• week 5: Catch up on earlier labs. Once you've done so, More OpenGL
• week 5: Catch up on earlier labs. If you've completed them all, assignment 1 problem solving.
• week 6: Catch up on earlier labs. If you've completed them all, assignment 1 problem solving.
• week 7: Assignment 1 submission. For those interested, picking in OpenGL
• week 8: Texture mapping
• week 11: Lighting
• week 12: More Lighting
• week 13: Assignment 2 submission.
• week 14: Image manipulation and for those interested, Beziers in OpenGL
