COMP 4710 Topics in Software Engineering II

welcome to COMP4710 Topics in Software Engineering II

This is a Special Topics course designed as a placeholder for a variety of subjects that might happen just once, or that are individually tailored reading or research courses. In most years you cannot enrol directly in this course.

If you want to take an individually tailored reading or reseach course you must first consult the coordinator, as early as possible (preferably weeks before the semester starts). You generaly need to have a special reason to do this.

The coordinator (lecturer in charge) of the course in 2009 is Chris Johnson.
This semester I am also Associate Dean(Education) for the College of Engineering and Computer Science, which means that I also do a lot of work planning and designing the degree programs and courses in the College, and work to ensure the high quality of education in the college.
My office is N322 in the CSIT building, in the north-western corner on the top level.
