Problems?

Most classes run by the Department of Computer Science use the ANU's Unix laboratories. A few classes use Macintosh or PC laboratories.

Software faults? - email the Consultant Programmer
Major hardware faults.
All laboratory computing hardware (computers, terminals, and printers) and printer consumables (paper and toner) are owned and supplied by the ANU Division of Information. The Student IT Guide mainly talks about the PC and Macintosh facilities, with a few references to UNIX labs. Problems with hardware in the labs should be reported to the Department of Information Help Desk.

Class timetables and rooms - see the ANU Timetabling Information Centre web pages.
Laboratory classes for Computer Science are allocated by the department. Check your Course website.
Examination Timetables - all enquiries should be addressed to the Examinations Section, Lower Ground Floor, Melville Hall. x52675, or x53455.
