The registration fees for TPHOLs'98 (and IRW/FMP'98) are as follows:

Notes:

• All fees shown are in Australian dollars (A$ or AUD).

• No refunds will be made after 21 August 1998.
• Registration fees include:
  • attendance at conference sessions;
  • the formal proceedings, published by Springer-Verlag;
  • the `work in progress' proceedings, published as a Computer Science Technical Report of The Australian National University;
  • banquet;
  • excursion;
  • welcome BBQ; and
  • daily lunch and refreshments.
• A late fee of A$100 applies to registrations and accommodation bookings where payment is made after 21 August 1998. This fee has been included in the above registration table.

Accommodation

We have arranged accommodation at Burgmann College, on the campus of The Australian National University. The college is located a short walking distance from the conference venue, and will provide bed and breakfast. We hope that as many participants as possible will stay at the college, facilitating social and intellectual interaction.

Details of rooms and other facilities offered by Burgmann College are available. Note that the availability of double rooms is quite limited and requests for these rooms will be met in order of receipt.
