Associate Director of RSISE (1999-2005) Associate Director for Education of NICTA-Canberra Lab (2002-2005) Life member of the Australasian Speech Science and Technology Association Inc. Life Senior Member of Institution of Electrical & Electronics Engineers Inc. Emeritus Member of the Acoustical Society of America. Fellow of International Speech Communication Association.
