Research interests:My research interests are *Graph Theory*, *Combinatorial Algorithms* and *Bioinformatics*. I work on *Graph Generation* during my PhD under the supervision of Prof. Brendan McKay. My Master's and Bachelor's thesis were respectively entitled: "Routing Permutations on Graphs via Matchings" and "Haplotype Block Partitioning and TagSNP Selection under the Perfect Phylogeny Model". | |||||||||||||||||
Bio:I was born and grew up in Rasht, a city in the north of Iran. I completed a Bachelor's and a Master's of Computer Science at Shahid Beheshti University (formerly The National University of Iran) and University of Tehran in 2008 and 2011, respectively. During my Master, I worked as a tutor and a lecturer for a few courses. ...I started my PhD in 2011 at ANU where I also experienced different responsibilities. As the social officer, I worked with ANU Persian Society and the Postgraduate and Research Students' Association (PARSA). I was also an organising committee member of the ACT Girl Geek Club. Currently I represent the Higher Degree Research students in the Student Representative Council of the Research School of Computer Science. | |||||||||||||||||
