2001 International Workshop on
CRYPTOLOGY AND NETWORK SECURITY

With the high demand of information security in networked environment, research on information security has been more prosperious than ever before. Many new conferences and journals have been created particularly for the research results of information security. However, this still doesn't meet the need for many new research results to be published in time. With this motivation, 2001 International Workshop on Cryptology and Network Security (CNS01) was held in conjunction with The 7th International Conference on Distributed Multimedia Systems (DMS'2001) in Tamkang University, Taipei, in September 2001.

We received 34 submissions and 21 were accepted. Each paper was reviewed by three reviewers. The papers are published by the Workshop Proceedings of the Seventh International Conference on Distributed Multimedia Systems, ISBN 1-8901706-09-8. Thank you for your interest in the workshop.

Note: Apart from the call-for-papers, all the other pages were created after the workshop being held. We'll try to provide more information for the forthcoming workshops. Any comments or feedbacks are appreciated.
