Haoyang (Max) is a competitive programmer that loves to combine music with computer science. During his free time, he loves to play guitar and enjoying different combinations of chord progressions. This is what gave him the idea for his honours project—based on patterns of chord progressions and various feelings converyed, generating new melodies that express different emotions.
