Regina Pramesti

Regina Pramesti

Regina completed her Bachelor of Software Engineering degree in 2019. Her Honours project focused on using Augmented Reality technology to tell compelling stories about the effects of climate change on our surrounding world. Regina hopes that Augmented Reality will provide a technological basis for more interesting and engaging stories and data visualisations to drive change on issues that matter.

Since graduating, she has pursued her interests in 3D data visualisation and geospatial data through working as a software engineer at CSIRO’s Data61 (Black Mountain office in Canberra) for their open source TerriaJS project. She enjoys all aspects of working with 3D data and storytelling with creative and engaging data visualisations, as well as being interested in front-end web development.
