Tina Wang

I’m Tina Wang, a research student and Student Ambassador for ANU CECS. I’m also doing a Science degree, focusing on Psychology and Maths.

My research focus is on Human-Computer Interaction, combining my CompSci and Maths background with my love of Psychology. I seek to one day to use these disciplines to address climate change using both sociopolitical and technological influence.

I am also especially interested in electronic music, animation and game design. I’m currently working on a project to create a (hopefully) intuitive Arduino-based musical instrument.

The intersection of computer science with the other disciplines (most of which have been around for much longer), and the way that it influences our daily lives is what makes it interesting for me. How can we ignore such a powerful tool?
