Getting help

If you’re feeling lost, that’s ok—we want to connect you with the help you need to get the most out of this course. The most important thing to remember is that the lecturers and tutors really want to help you out, so make sure you let us know if you have any questions.

Aside from the material on this course website, this course will use a few other websites—make sure you bookmark them and check them regularly. All of these sites are so important that there are always links to them in the “related sites” box anywhere on this course website.

  • the forum/message board is on Piazza
  • assignment submission and feedback will be done through the GitLab

For help about the course material, Piazza is usually a good place to start. Ben gets a lot of email, so emailing him directly probably isn’t as good an option—it might take a few days for him to get back to you.
